About Us
Eric Saul
Raised in Chicago, Illinois, Eric obtained his Liberal Arts Degree at Ohio Wesleyan University and his BS Degree at Rochester Institute of Technology in Imaging Science.
He worked as a Semiconductor Applications Sales Engineer for many years at companies like Motorola, Intel, Nikon, Zeiss and Olympus only to name a few.
Working for others, Eric had to travel Monday-Friday for work and sometimes weekends. His six year old daughter, at that time, said, "Dad, next time you come home, can you leave a picture because I forgot what you looked like?"
That one comment changed Eric’s work/life balance He started immediately studying real estate.
He now focuses on helping people find a house that they can call home, homes (deals) investors can cashflow, and maximizing the sellers net profit. Some times its takes 6 months of working with clients to fix issues on their taxes, or credit, but he feels that his work is about adding value to society, rather than just earning a commission and never assisting the client again.
