I told them I didn't have any down payment money. They then told me about a program that has grant money. I started the approval process almost immediately. They also sent me a list of houses to look at. I found a property in the list that was perfect for me. I looked at it and didn't look at anything else. It was like they were psychic. I made the offer and the seller accepted it. He kept me informed all throughout the process with everything I needed to know. He is also a great negotiator. I accepted the price and the seller paid for the repairs that were needed and purchased a home warranty for me.
