Richard was referred by Patty and found a wonderful home. Using the grant program he was able to get all of his costs covered. He got really lucky as I was able to negotiate all of the sellers personal property to be included in the sale (washer, dry, fridge, etc. and all the furniture and TVs. Even the dishes and towels. Richard literally stepped into his new home and sat down.
